Leah Brockschmidt, born and raised on the Washington coast, found her way to Montana 15 years ago. The pull of Montana’s mountains, wide-open spaces, and laid-back way of life was enough to draw her away from the sights and smells of the ocean.
Here, she met her husband, Jesse, a Montanan through and through. Together, they are raising their daughter, Raegan, and making the most of everything Montana has to offer. As a family, they enjoy camping in the mountains, hiking with their dog, campfires, and traveling to new destinations together. Leah’s parents also relocated to Montana to be closer to Raegan, their only granddaughter.
A former firefighter and EMT, Leah transitioned into a calmer line of work after moving to Montana. Following seven years as a Personal Banker with First Interstate Bank, she joined Adam Gross and has worked alongside him for the past seven years at Retirement Solutions.
Together, they help clients discover what they truly want from retirement and create personalized strategies designed to help make those goals a reality.
