My approach is education first. I want my clients to understand the strategy we are building, why we are building it, and how the different pieces of their financial life work together. My goal is for people to leave our conversations feeling heard and confident in their next steps.

My work focuses on the full financial picture, with an emphasis on retirement planning and asset protection. I enjoy digging into the details, identifying opportunities, and finding solutions around what matters most to each client.

I also believe financial advice should not feel reserved for people who have already accumulated significant wealth. Sometimes the most valuable first step is simply sitting down, asking questions, and figuring out where you stand and where you want to go.

Montana is home for me. I was born and raised here, attended Montana State University in Bozeman, and have spent my entire life in this state. When you work with me, you have a local advisor, a 406 number to call, and someone who understands the community we live in.

Outside of the office, I spend as much time outdoors as I can, usually hiking or exploring Montana with my dog. I love being able to enjoy everything this state has to offer, and it is not something I take for granted. I am naturally competitive, curious, and always looking for the next challenge, both personally and professionally.

Both Adam and Leah have daughters named Reagan. The only difference lies in the spelling. Leah’s daughter’s name is spelled ‘Raegan.’
